- We get multiple bids from our preferred contractors, and/or from contractors you may have had experience with
- Our Engineers and Architect relationships are leveraged when needed for your project
- All insurance is gathered from contractors to make sure everyone involved is properly insured and you are protected from liabilities
- Access arranged to the building and clear communication is provided to all Residents to keep them updated on what is happening and when work is taking place to avoid disruptions to Residents quality of life
