  • A software program is available to track packages and communicate with all residents
  • Packages are scanned and owners are notified via email and lobby display
  • Guest and owners hired help are logged in and treated with respect and courtesy
  • Outside visiting vendors are logged in and instructed clearly on building procedures
  • Lobby staff keeps lobby clean in between helping residents and monitors all aspects of those coming and going
  • Staff experienced in monitoring video surveillance and reports directly to a supervisor at LPM
